At this point, everything remains the same as you are used to. The order will be visible in the backend of your store. But OrderBee will receive it as well, in less than 3 minutes!
Making orders via OrderBee
You will now manage the order in OrderBee. simply print the packingslip (or printed automatically with our extra features) and start picking the order.
Order is ready for shipment
Here comes the fun part... When you're done picking the order, simply scan the packingslip and print the shippinglabel by hitting one button! Once hit, the stock will be adjusted and the order will now be moved to the "shipped" section.
Communicate to the store
Depending on the platform, OrderBee will immediately or deferred forward the tracking info and the new order status to the platform.
Inform your customers
Depending on the platform, OrderBee will request to send information to the customer, so they'll have the latest update about this order and receive tracking-info, if supported by the platform. The information will be send by your platform, not by OrderBee.
Done!
Everything that needed to be done, is done in less than 50% of the usual time.
